Brenna is a Certified Lactation Counselor through the ALPP and has additional training as a Certified Low Milk Supply Specialist through Lactation Hub to better serve our families for whatever they may encounter. Brenna also is a mom of two little boys and has went through her own struggles with breastfeeding which lead to Latch Logic.

Brenna’s Story

“When I struggled with low milk supply in the early days of my breastfeeding journey, I quickly realized just how crucial proper lactation support truly is. Despite the many resources available to new parents, breastfeeding education is often limited, inconsistent, or presented too late—after problems have already begun.

Like many new moms, I entered parenthood assuming breastfeeding would come naturally. But when challenges arose, I felt confused, frustrated, and overwhelmed. I searched for answers and support, but found that reliable, compassionate guidance was surprisingly hard to access. This lack of early education and one-on-one support is something I now see in the stories of so many other families.

Unfortunately, this gap in care leads far too many parents to give up breastfeeding before they are ready—not because they can’t do it, but because they didn’t get the support they needed to succeed. And that’s not okay.

My personal experience became the driving force behind my mission: to provide evidence-based, compassionate lactation care that meets families where they are. I believe in offering support that is personalized, judgment-free, and focused on empowering parents to make informed choices that work for them.

Through Latch Logic, I’ve created a space where families can access the care I wish I had received—care that starts from the very beginning, not just when problems arise. Whether you're preparing to breastfeed, navigating challenges, or simply looking for reassurance, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, expertise, and encouragement.
