We are currently self-pay only. Payment is due at the time of your Booking. After your visit, you’ll receive a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. While we can’t guarantee coverage, many clients have received partial or full reimbursement for lactation services.

We understand that life happens — especially for new and growing families. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
For families receiving care through our Equity Support Program, we offer flexible cancellation without penalty. However, because these visits are limited and funded by donations, we kindly ask that you cancel as early as possible so another family can take your place.
If no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations occur, we may pause your eligibility for equity-based appointments to ensure availability for others in need — but we’ll always work with you to find a solution.
